Let’s go on a Shamanic drum journey to find and connect with plant allies you will blend together in your very own bath salt soak creation!

To start we will drop in with a cup of ceremonial cacao paired with gentle movement/yoga. After a little break we will journey together with the sound of the drum to connect with plants on a deeper level.

I will share some of each of the plants healing and magical properties and then you have plenty of time to create a big jar of your own magical plant personality inspired bath salt soak to take home with you to work with and enjoy. Think of this as a January tune in, a space to absorb, recharge and connect and share with community, plants, humans and yourself.

Please bring with you - a yoga mat, blanket, eye pillow or mask, a special mug of your choosing for your serving of cacao, wear comfortable clothing, any snacks you wish to have throughout the afternoon, water bottle, any special items for our altar such as crystals and intentions. Journal if you wish.

If possible please eat plant based and light in the morning of our gathering.
I will be making the cacao with local honey and coconut milk - any allergies please let me know ASAP. If you have any heart conditions please let me know as soon as possible after or before booking.
