Celebrate the Equinox (Mabon)
Celebrate the turning of the wheel and the Autumn equinox where the day and the night are of equal length and the darkness starts to return to us. Lets celebrate this under the yew trees with some movement, relaxation and sound.
An indoor venue is available if needed - wrap up warm!
Monthly Sound Bath - October
Monthly sound bath, held at the Ellon Meadows Sports Centre in Ellon.
We will have a small amount of movement, to help us rest into our nests. Followed by a melody of sound of himalyan sound bowls and other instruments, mainly gong.
Participants can sit or lie down, please take whatever you need to make yourself comfortable - recommend blanket and a pillow/cushion.
Epilepsy, pace maker wearers and 1st trimester of pregnancy are contraindicated for sound baths.
Celebrate Samhain
Celebrate the turning of the wheel and Samhain, the time when the veil is thin and the celtic beginning of the new year. The darker evenings are really noticed now and we celebrate the last of the harvests. This is when the Cailleach returns to us, bringing with her unsettled weather. Lets celebrate this under the yew trees with some movement, relaxation and sound and a tonne of fairy lights!

Celebrate the turning of the wheel and Yule, where the nights are longer and darker. Celebrate our inner lights with Kelly and Rebecca at Love Yoga Studio in Aberdeen.
