A time that the new moon energies are prevalent, the energy of the sun is also starting to rise - even if the temperature isn’t!

There is new growth starting to peep out of the Earth, so lets really tap into these energies in a mini celebration via relaxation and sound. We will come in circle afterwards and journal (if this is your thing).
