As a practitioner of gong and sacred sounds, I will weave a melody of sounds to help you deeply relax and release any stuck energies on all levels.
Bit about my journey:
I was taught gong over a year with the College of Sound Healing, prior to this I was taught Sacred Sounds with Anne Malone, using different instruments, including voice, to create an eclectic mix of sounds and experiences.
I work intuitively with the energies in the room, and the gongs never cease to amaze me as they will provide different sounds and effects depending on who is in the room too.
Your journey is your own unique experience and each journey will be different to the next.
1st trimester of pregnancy, pacemakers and epilepsy are contraindicated, please consult your medical practitioner prior to coming along
please take a yoga mat or something to lie/sit on, pillow/cushion and blanket to keep you cozy and warm. please layer clothing. Warm socks are advisable at this time of year too. If you have an eye pillow/mask please take this with you too.
please keep hydrated prior and after a soundbath to avoid gong-overs!
