Monthly Sound Bath

Kelly mainly uses gongs in her sound baths, trained in Sacred Sounds with Anne Malone and more recently, Gong with the College of Sound Healing. She has her own style to bring deeply relaxing sounds to wash over you. Everyone’s experience is completely different to the next and more profound every visit.

Kelly is also a trained yoga teacher, somatic movement coach and mindfulness practitioner and will sometimes bring this into the session to aid relaxation.
