WOMEN’s CIRCLE

I am not interested in speaking at you for 2 hours. I am not a guru, nor you my disciples.

What I have created is a safe & Sacred share space for women of Aberdeen & the Shire to come have ceremonial cacao, to be witnessed with eyes & hearts and of love & holding, and for you to re-claim more of yourself through an immersive flow of carefully selected music to support your feeling, to let go of your thoughts, to be fully present and to embody the gift of YOU time. Dance & body movement is healing !

Lead with your wild, lead with your heart and just give yourself full permission to express yourself and be FREE !
