Come join us women of the Deen & Shire !

We are seeing day-light stretch with our sun reaching higher into the skies by the week. What do you seek now that the suns warmth & light is gently inviting us to awaken out of our winters slumber ?

How does your body wish to move, make sound and take up space in 2023 ? If at all ? We shall explore these questions in a completely self led and fun practise together.

Circle will begin with ceremonial Cacao, leading into our share & witnessing space, following then into our body movement, dance and exploration flow. You will have time to journal and snack before bringing our circle to close.

Please Bring :

- blankies, cosy socks & layered clothing for your comfort.

- Journal, note pad & pen.

- please notify me of food allergies

I cannot wait to sit, move, dance and share with you all ! Feel free to tag friends & bring them along ! The time of the lone wolf is over !
