Yoga is a practice of bringing harmony and balance to the mind and body. The word ‘yoga’ is derived from the Sanskrit Root ‘Yuj’ meaning to ‘join’ or ‘unite’.

Yoga builds strength, awareness and improves balance & flexibility. the slow movements increase the flow of blood and warms up the muscles.

I’m an advocate of making yoga accessible to all. I offer functional, body positive and nurturing yoga, as it should be.

I offer group classes, events, workshops and seminars, bookable via the website.
